AkKE is a band based in Band Norwegan Wood, which has been based on Seoul, South Korea formed in 2012. They released two EPs and two singles under the band name Norwegian Wood. They changed the band name from Norwegian Wood to AkKE from their first regular album [we need the mother] released on April 17, 2018

AkKE’s first album, ‘we need the mother’, is an album depicting a world where nature-humans, animals-humans, humans-humans become brothers and dance together and live in harmony. AkKE calls the world “mother”. This album invites audiences to imagine the wonderful world in which the environment, nature, animals, and humans do not fight each other.
